Julianna Cox is…

… not very good at summarizing or speaking in the third person. I grew up in Brooklyn and later Woodstock, NY. After studying stop-motion animation at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, I moved to Bristol, UK, where I worked at Aardman Animation, animating plasticine clay puppets. From there, I’ve done all sorts of things - animating across mediums, directing, designing, writing, illustrating, fabricating and teaching, all while developing my own creative practices and taking care of many pets.
